Training Levels

All of our training is based on The Equation of Sales.  We offer four levels of training.  It is recommended that trainees progress through the levels from Level 1 but depending on their experience, they may start at Level 2 or 3.

Level One - Beginner

The first stage of development is to build some basic skills using “The Equation of Sales”. This book is a practical guide to selling technical products and services.  It comes with a workbook that enables the reader to apply what they have learnt from reading the book to their own products and services.  The workbook also comes with a practical example to support the reader to generate ideas.

Level Two - Basic

The second stage involves face-to-face training courses. There are a series of courses, delivered either online (in development) or in person to provide more detail and information about the various problems that sales people face and how to overcome them.  The courses include a series of instruction videos, exercises and information to enable the learner to move beyond the book into more realistic scenarios based around their own products and sevices. 

Level Three - Advanced

This level adds a series of one-on-one coaching sessions, delivered in person or virtually, to review the existing skills of the trainee and to develop them in the areas that need further attention.  This work is done based on the specific products and services that the trainee is selling.

Level Four - VIP

At this level, all of our interaction is in person.  It includes social style training, presentation skills, joint meeting attendance and additional coaching.  This is only offered to a limited number of customers who we believe will benefit most from this service.
