Sales Process Review

Hoolock Consulting helps sales professionals to improve their performance through training and coaching so that they can win more deals and generate more revenue.

Our Sales Process Review is a 2-3 hour interview conducted with a single sales person, either in person or online. The review looks at all aspects of your process in much the same way that a car service look at all of the important parts of your car to ensure that they are all working properly.

Following the interview, we will provide a complete report detailing areas of strength and weakness in the process with recommendations for any future development.  There is no commitment beyond this initial interview.

By reviewing your sales process, you can be confident that you are maximising your efforts for the benefit of your company or can identify ways of changing such that you can improve your performance.

This cost of this work is £275 plus VAT.

The work will be scheduled for a mutually agreeable time.
