Everything that we buy changes us, even if only in a small way.  As a result, we need to be happy with that change in order to be happy to buy the product

So, if someone approaches us and suggests that we buy their product, we need to be happy to make a change.  If we cannot see a reason to make a change, then we are unlikely to buy.  If we want to be successful in sales, we therefore need to persuade someone to change before we suggest that they buy our product.

This course explains why understanding change is so important in sales, what it means for how you position your product to your customer and why you need to start by persuading them to change before you ever introduce your product.
