Ultimately, it is what a product does for a customer that matters rather than the product itself.  In everything that we say to the customer, we need to be explaining the value of our product as much as we can.

In this course, you will understand the difference between price and value and learn how to write a value proposition that resonates with the customer such that they are more likely to buy your product.
