To be effective at any activity, we need to ensure that we are doing the required activities at the correct time and in the correct order.  We need a process.  This is as true for sales as it is for assembling a car. 

While every company is different and every product is different, there are some common parts to every sales process.  In this course, we are going to look at the generic sales process; it will be up to you to adapt it to your product and market place so that you do that activities that are required to be successful.

The course will provide a simple, generic sales process with the basic activities in each stage.  It will then explain how you can go about building your own process that works for you and your products.

The product that you will download will be a Zipped file. You will need to extract the files from there. Please read the READMEFIRST document first as this will tell you everything that you need to know.
