People often state that closing is the hardest thing to do in sales but I disagree.  I think that it is the easiest thing, as long as you have done everything correctly up to that point.

The reason that people find it difficult is that they try to close too soon, before the customer has made the mental commitment to the purchase.

So, this course just looks at the final things you need to be thinking about as you get near to the close so that you can execute efficiently and effectively.
